All round very good experience with this company when we stayed with our two children. The host who met us was punctual, very friendly and helpful. The apartment was bright, well equipped, in a perfect location, seconds from the Plaza de Espana, but in a quiet street with some nice little restaurants and cafes. The apartment had two bathrooms with monsoon showers which was very welcome after a long day’s sightseeing. We were allowed to leave our luggage on our final day and collect it it in the afternoon. Again, the host was bang on time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this company.

The stay was well managed. I was approached by the staff through email asking for for flight number and expecting time to come. we were delayed a little bit. However, when we arrived, the responsible staff Paula was already there and welcoming us to come. She was very familiar with the Madrid. She used the map and showed us all the tourist attrition , what to do and where to eat. very detailed. The suites was spacious, cozy and quiet. The kitchen there was well equiped. There were lots of restaurants around. It was close to the metro station , Plaza Espana and the major shopping area.

You are in the BEST of hands with Feelathome Madrid Suites Apartment! Paula was my property manager & she was top notch - it was like having a personal tour guide :) The company went above & beyond- even printing out our train tickets for our next location in Spain. Aside from the fabulous customer service, the rental was extremely clean, very well equipped & in a fantastic location. I highly recommend booking any rental from this company!!

We loved our 2BR+2BA setup and I can confirm that the reviews from the guests were spot on. It was easy from the start; from online booking to the checkout. Paula was also our host and she gave us great tips on a marked up city map! Also, she and Andreas were very accessible. This was our second FeelatHome apartment (the other in Barcelona) and I would come definitely stay at a FeelatHome when I can. The consistency in the service is truly appreciated. Thanks for helping us enjoy our vacation! PS:: we walked everywhere!

We had a fabulous time in Madrid and our stay at Madrid Suites was wonderful. The location was great and we walked everywhere (except for after a long day at the art museum). The apartment was clean, bright, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I loved that the street is lively during the early evening, but super quiet for a great night of sleep. Paula was awesome during the initial reservation when I had questions. She was very welcoming when we arrived, sharing her vast knowledge of Madrid. Paula also gave us a quick tour of the apartment. Thank you such much for making our stay so wonderful. It exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.
